Last night was our Race for Life night. It rained all day but the started to dry-up about 5.00 and by 6.30 the sun was shining. Haven't added up all my sponsors yet, but think I raised about £150 - before gift aid. I was walking in Memory of Joanne Ward.
As you all know I am very over weight (total understatement) and totally unfit. I said all along that I would be walking the race, and I did I came 2nd to last but I finished the race (then walk another 1/2 mile to the pub lol) A bit tired today but not sore at all, and would do it again - not today lol but maybe next week
