Day 5 - getting there with steps

A day of mixed emotions, not a good day on the one hand. On the other put in place steps to improve my mental health. Weighed myself again this morning (know I shouldn’t do it every day) and put 3 lb on since yesterday- positive I have committed myself to rejoin SlimmingWorld on Thursday. 

Yesterday I joined a group on Fact- Clinkhamwood in Bloom today I collected some sunflower seeds to enter a competition to grow to tallest Sunflower

Australia here we come

 Linda turns 50 in February- my baby Sister isn’t a baby anymore. As a Family we have decided to go out to Australia- COVID permitting. So it’s back to fat club, I am heavier than I have ever been. At 24 stone4. Want to able to wear a costume and go swimming in Oz not to mention being comfortable on the plane. 

Need to find a new job, I have had enough of Tesco. The more you do, the more they expect of you. Looked on the Jobcentre Plus websire tonight but there isn't anything at the moment but will keep trying.

Another day another dollar

Today didn't get off to a good start, I couldn't find my purse this morning. The only place I went yesterday was Halfords. Waited til they opened and rang them to see if I had dropped it there - not such luck. So I rang the bank and stopped my bank cards, will take 3 - 4 working days to get the replacements - but the good news is that the cards haven't been used. When I got home had another look for my purse and found it in my camera bag - God knows what it is doing there. But a least I don't need to reapply for my drivers licence ect
